My Stack · Effective October 17, 2026 · Version 2026-10-17.4
Important notice
My Stack is a personal tracking and information app. It is not a medical provider, pharmacy, prescribing service, or substitute for professional medical care. Calculations, estimated levels, reminders, reference materials, and AI-generated responses may be inaccurate. Do not rely on My Stack as your sole source for medical decisions or medication reminders.
1. About this agreement
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of My Stack, including its website, mobile applications, tracking tools, calculators, charts, reminders, imports, AI features, and community features (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is currently developed and operated by an individual developer ("Developer," "I," "me," or "my"). The Developer is not representing that a corporation, LLC, or other separate business entity exists.
By creating an account and affirmatively accepting this Agreement when prompted, you agree to its terms. Visiting a public website alone does not constitute acceptance. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use member features.
You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority where you live to use member features. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
Contact the Developer through the in-app help or feedback options.
2. Tracking only — not medical advice
My Stack is intended to help users record, organize, and review information about substances, products, schedules, doses, cycles, supplies, and personal observations.
Depending on the features available, the Service may provide arithmetic calculations, unit conversions, charts, estimated substance levels, reminders, reference information, imported records, and AI-generated responses.
The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or approval of any substance. It does not establish a doctor–patient, pharmacist–patient, or other professional relationship.
Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as an instruction or recommendation to purchase, possess, prepare, inject, ingest, or otherwise administer a substance. Listing a substance in the Service does not mean it is safe, effective, authentic, lawful, approved, or appropriate for you.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional about medical decisions. Do not start, stop, combine, or change a medication or other substance based solely on information from My Stack.
3. Calculators, charts, predictions, and AI
Calculations, unit conversions, charts, estimated substance levels, predictions, scans, imported information, and AI-generated responses may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or misleading results.
Calculated results depend on the accuracy of your inputs and the assumptions used. Estimated substance levels are mathematical estimates, not measurements of the amount of a substance in your body or a substitute for laboratory testing or clinical assessment.
AI-generated content may misunderstand a question, omit important information, or produce incorrect statements. AI responses are not verified medical advice.
You are responsible for reviewing information you enter and independently verifying consequential calculations and imported data. Do not rely on the Service as the sole source for dose calculations, preparation instructions, treatment schedules, medical records, or safety decisions.
The Developer does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of every result. This section does not eliminate any responsibility that applicable law prohibits the Developer from excluding.
4. Reminders and emergencies
Notifications, dose reminders, countdowns, scheduled events, and alerts may be delayed, duplicated, missed, blocked, or unavailable because of device settings, permissions, connectivity, operating-system restrictions, browser limitations, third-party services, or interruptions.
My Stack is not an emergency alert system and must not be used as the sole means of ensuring that a medication or treatment is taken or avoided at a particular time.
Maintain an independent backup of important schedules and records. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or obtain appropriate urgent medical care.
5. User responsibility and legal compliance
You are responsible for your decisions regarding the purchase, possession, storage, preparation, and use of substances and related supplies, subject to applicable law.
You must comply with laws applicable to you, including laws governing medicines, prescription products, research chemicals, supplements, controlled substances, imports, and related supplies.
My Stack does not sell, supply, prescribe, authenticate, or certify the legality, quality, purity, safety, or effectiveness of substances merely because they appear in the Service or its catalog.
You must not use the Service to facilitate unlawful sales, obtain substances unlawfully, encourage dangerous conduct, or violate another person's rights.
Nothing in this section transfers responsibility for the Developer's own conduct where such a transfer is prohibited by law.
6. Beta status and service availability
My Stack may be provided in beta or under active development. Features, interfaces, integrations, calculations, imports, and AI functionality may change, contain defects, or be temporarily unavailable.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Service is an informational and organizational tool, not a certified medical device or validated clinical decision-support system.
The Developer may test, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts may be made to communicate material changes when appropriate and to help users retrieve their records, subject to legal, technical, security, and operational limitations.
You should periodically export or back up important records. Permanent storage and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
7. Privacy and personal information
Using My Stack may involve personal information, account details, substance-tracking records, health-related information, photographs, notes, imported files, community posts, and content submitted to AI or scanning features.
The separate Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is processed, where it is stored, which service providers receive it, applicable retention periods, deletion procedures, security practices, and applicable privacy rights.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of the Service. Applicable privacy law controls where a contractual term conflicts with a non-waivable legal requirement.
Information submitted to hosting, authentication, AI, analytics, notification, or other third-party providers may be processed under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The Developer will not promise confidentiality, retention limits, or restrictions on AI model training unless the actual provider arrangements and configuration support those promises.
Do not submit another person's information without lawful authority. Understand the visibility of community posts before publishing sensitive information.
The Developer will use reasonable security measures appropriate to the Service. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Security incidents and legally required notifications will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
8. Account security
You must provide accurate information where required, protect your credentials, and promptly address suspected unauthorized access.
You must not impersonate another person, abuse invitation codes, bypass access restrictions, compromise other accounts, or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
For account assistance or suspected unauthorized access, contact the Developer through the in-app help or feedback options.
9. Community and user content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit, subject to the limited license described here.
You grant the Developer a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service and its features, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This license ends when the content is deleted, except where retention remains necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, or other lawful purposes.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your content.
You must not post unlawful content, threats, harassment, impersonation, spam, unauthorized personal information, fraudulent claims, unlawful offers, or content that infringes another person's rights.
Community posts reflect their authors' views and are not automatically verified or endorsed by the Developer. The Developer may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the Service.
Nothing in this section excludes responsibilities imposed by applicable law.
10. Free Lifetime Premium and beta testers
Eligible invitation codes may grant Lifetime Premium access.
Where free Lifetime Premium access has been promised in exchange for beta testing or support, that access is not a trial and does not create a subscription charge merely because a user remains inactive.
Lifetime Premium means premium access for the lifetime of the My Stack Service, subject to the specific eligibility terms communicated when the entitlement is granted and applicable law. It has no cash value and is not transferable unless expressly authorized by the Developer.
Lifetime Premium is an account entitlement, not a promise that the Service will exist forever. If the Service is permanently discontinued, the entitlement ends when the Service ends, subject to applicable law and any separate binding commitment.
An entitlement promised on the basis that it will not expire through inactivity will not be revoked solely for inactivity. Access may be restricted for fraud, abuse, material violations of this Agreement, or legal requirements, subject to applicable law and any binding separate promise.
The Developer will maintain reasonable records of eligibility and granted entitlements. If the Service is later distributed through Apple, Google, or another marketplace, a free entitlement granted directly by the Developer is distinct from a store-managed subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. Future app-store distribution and payments
The Service may later be distributed through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or other platforms. Availability, account requirements, billing, cancellation, refunds, and additional platform terms may apply when a version is published through a particular store.
If paid subscriptions or purchases are introduced, their prices, billing periods, renewal terms, cancellation instructions, and applicable refund rules will be disclosed before purchase as required by law and the applicable platform.
Store-managed subscriptions are subject to the applicable store's terms and payment systems. Users must manage cancellations and refund requests through the relevant platform where required.
No paid subscription, recurring charge, or automatic conversion from free Lifetime Premium will be imposed solely by this Agreement. Any future paid offering must be presented and accepted through an appropriate purchase process.
Nothing in this Agreement limits statutory refund rights or consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
12. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, branding, design, original text, and proprietary materials, is owned by the Developer or applicable licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws.
Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the Service for its intended lawful purposes.
You must not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law permits or the Developer authorizes it in writing.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. Feedback or suggestions you voluntarily provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation, provided this does not transfer ownership of your private tracking records or override applicable privacy rights.
13. Third-party services
The Service may depend on third-party hosting, authentication, AI processing, notification, analytics, app-store, or other providers.
Third-party services may have separate terms, privacy policies, availability limitations, and security practices. The Developer is not responsible for matters outside the Developer's reasonable control, but this section does not excuse the Developer's own legal obligations.
14. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Developer disclaims warranties that may lawfully be disclaimed, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
The Developer does not warrant that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or suitable for a particular medical, personal, or commercial purpose.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes a warranty or statutory right that applicable law does not permit the Developer to exclude.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost business opportunities, loss of goodwill, or loss of data arising from or relating to the Service, where those exclusions are legally enforceable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer's aggregate liability for claims arising from the Service will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly to the Developer for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US $100.
This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Some jurisdictions do not allow particular exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse the Developer for reasonable losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Service, your material violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of another person's rights through content you submit.
This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the Developer's own negligence, misconduct, breach of law, or other conduct for which indemnification is prohibited.
Where legally permissible, the Developer will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and will not settle a claim in a manner that imposes a material nonmonetary obligation on you without your consent.
17. Suspension, termination, and data export
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion through available account settings or by contacting the Developer through the in-app help or feedback options.
The Developer may suspend or terminate access for material violations of this Agreement, security risks, unlawful activity, abuse, or where required by law. Where reasonable and lawful, notice and an opportunity to address the issue will be provided.
If the Service is permanently discontinued, the Developer will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export available records where practical. Export availability cannot be guaranteed during emergencies, security incidents, legal restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Account closure and deletion will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period or be retained where legally required, but it will not be retained longer than reasonably necessary for the stated lawful purpose.
18. Changes to this Agreement
The Developer may revise this Agreement when necessary. Each displayed version identifies its effective date and version number.
For material changes, the Developer will provide notice and obtain renewed affirmative acceptance when required by law or reasonably necessary to establish agreement to the changed terms. Continued use alone will not be treated as acceptance where affirmative acceptance is legally required.
A new version does not automatically replace a prior agreement for past events or retroactively create obligations without a lawful basis.
The Service may retain records of acceptance, including the accepted version and timestamp, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
19. Governing law and disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you remain unaffected.
Any court proceeding will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any mandatory rights concerning venue or dispute resolution.
This Agreement does not create an arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, or waiver of a jury trial. Any such provision must be separately considered, drafted, and implemented if adopted.
20. General terms
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
This Agreement, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any specific terms presented and accepted for additional features, governs your use of the Service. It does not override a separate written commitment that expressly applies to you.
A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not necessarily waive the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the Developer's consent, except where applicable law permits otherwise. Any transfer of the Service to another operator will be subject to applicable law and privacy commitments.
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or professional medical relationship.
21. Contact and legal notices
Questions about this Agreement, account access, privacy, or legal notices should be sent to the Developer through the in-app help or feedback options.
